Pete Noble“One thing I have observed over 40 years of coaching football is having a successful season hinges on many factors. However, injuries can impact a season faster than anything. Unfortunately, injuries are part of the game of football but anything a coach can do to minimize the damaging effect on the team in advance needs to be commended and using the Hulk Shrug Technique is fundamentally sound football.”

“This is important information provided by the Football Safety Academy, personally I am glad someone is willing to discuss not only the inherent danger of our great game, but also a much safer approach to playing the game. I am sure all coaches feel the same instead of talking about the danger let’s talk problem solving. The answer is to not stop playing or ignore the issue, the answer is technique. I strongly encourage my coaching colleagues to be pro active and consider applying the Hulk Shrug Technique in there teaching progression.”
